After a family member had such a positive experience through Chevy ,I decided to lease from Chrysler but had terrible experience from the beginning.Was looking at a car but was offered another for a little less a month.Was told the car had all the same features but after leaveing the lot ,discovered car was not the same.When calling to voice concerns the manager said i should have paid closer attention to the car before takeing it.Then tire went flat the third day ,the manager of the garage said it was due to weather,which it was not.I then 5 months later had an oil change at a garage of my choice but they didnt know how to reset the dash to have it register it had an oil change so i went to simmons rockwell garage to ask them how to reset it.The same rude manager replied,if someone dont know how to reset it they shouldnt have worked on it...These people are rude beyond belief...What ever happened to treating the customers above and beyond..Some comments should be kept quite while treating their customers with the respect they deserve.After all they wouldnt have a job if they didnt have customers..Also while signing my life away for leaseing a brand new car,the salesman though it was okay to wait on two other customers while I sat for a very long time waiting to finish our sale...Customers buying or leaseing 24,000 cars should have the salesmans undivided attention dont you think?? So if you are looking for a positive and professional experience DO NOT go to Simmons Rockwell Chrysler in Bath Ny
