I recently purchased a vehicle from Simmons Rockwell in Big Flats. When I purchased the vehicle, the key fob was working, but when I went to pick it up, the fob did not work. The Salesman had the batteries changed and it still would not work. He said to make an appointment with the Service Dept, which I did. The Service Manager worked on it and it still would not work. He then told me that I would have to purchase a new key fob for $150 and $60 to have it programmed. I see no reason why I should have to pay for this out of my pocket when it was not working at the time that I picked up the vehicle and had already paid for the vehicle.
