I recently purchases a 2013 fiat 500 from you. Roger payne was my salesman. I am totally not happy with the purchase. I have had many issues with this vehicle and i have had it for just six months. I keep getting emails and phone messages saying my car is due for service. When service was actually due, I tried to make an appointment online and the website doesn't work (tried many times). The next morning I called the service department, got a recording and left my name and number. When I didn't get a return call I tried at least a half dozen more times and always got the recording. I purchased my 2012 escape from Simmons Rockwell in bath, September of last year. I wanted to trade in my vehicle for one with more of the bells and whistles. Overcharge customers and do not fix right. I will never go there again. Jeff and Jessica in service department are very rude and talk down to customers. I was charged $2300 and was told my truck was fixed. After driving less than 50 miles, the truck started to act up the same as it was when I took it in. GMC parts dept in bath ny is terrible, I bought a part there and they refused to give me a cash refund said they'd Mail a check in a few days! They do not refund any cash on parts! You have to wait for a check are you kidding me! Add comment
